As a Certified First Responder Counselor, I understand that confidentiality is the priority when working with those in public safety. Being a law enforcement wife for over 26 years has led me to build a practice with a focus on this culture. I believe cultural competency is second only to confidentiality when working with the First Responder population. I focus on the overall mental health and wellness of public safety professionals including sleep habits, dealing with trauma and post traumatic stress injury, self care, relationships outside of the job, and on the job stressors. I am an advocate for this community and believe that mental and emotional care of the highest level is what I provide to responders.

Credit/Debit/Cash; First Responders are given a free intake session and a flat rate of $60.00 per session thereafter
